This book tells the story of a farmer tilling, planting, growing, waiting, and harvesting his fields with wheat. Winter wheat as opposed to Spring wheat is planted in the Fall and harvested in the late Spring. The methods shown are using a tractor and old-fashioned tillers and such.
This story is also beautifully written with many descriptive words. A great example of painting a picture through words.
