I'm not a vegetarian, but I love veggies, and am always looking for new and interesting and easy ways to prepare them. There are at least 15 recipes in this book that have been added to our regular rotation (fridge pickled broccoli stems! YUM!). In fact, this is one of three cookbooks I actually bought, after having renewed it 8 times.
