It always amazes how Mrs. Christie (she was married!) was able to concoct so many crimes in her mind. Another very good book, with a surprising, yet, quite simple ending. Highly recommend.

I'm pleased to say that I'm getting the hang of guessing who Ms. Christie ends up choosing for the murderer! :D Of course, the motive and process of the murder are always beyond my intellectual skill, and best left for our favorite mustached detective, Hercule Poirot. <3 The plot of this book was a bit similar to "The Mystery of the Blue Train", but still had its own twists and I enjoyed it thoroughly.

I started reading the Poirot books because I like the David Suchet TV sereis, which made into a Poirot fan. I am still at the beginning of them all, but of the ones I have read, I particularly enjoyed this.

Not one of great Poirot novels, it is still a lot of fun and worth a read.
